Prizes and Guidelines For Art Contest Submissions

Prizes for winning art competition:

Artwork will be displayed on the insert of a forthcoming Pimp C major project
Artwork will be displayed at the 3rd Annual Chad 'Pimp C' Butler Hip Hop, Health & Wellness Festival.

ALL ARTWORK MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15, 2011 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.  SUBMITTED ART BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE PIMP C FESTIVAL AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

The entry fee is $10 per piece. (ex. If someone wants to enter 3 pieces, it's $30) Money order, cashier's check, or Paypal are the only acceptable forms of payment.

For ease of presentation, we require that sketches and drawings be framed. A frameless glass that is held together with metal clips on four sides is required. There's a ready-made option called Clipframe that's available at Michael's and Hobby Lobby. 11X14 is the maximum acceptable size. Paintings should be framed.
