In 2021 CCM in collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine, Harris Health, Houston Health Department and FIMR/HIV Prevention Methodology placed multiple billboards in Houston featuring HIV and Syphilis awareness messages.
The Changing Communities Movement (CCM) Foundation was formed in 2006 out of the inherent need to find an alternate means of addressing the issues of teen sex and sexual disease awareness. Our unique approach is to “educate through entertainment”. Our particular focus uses music and artists to inform and educate an urban youth population that typically shuns traditional attempts provided by more mainstream approaches. Since it’s inception, we have grown our outreach to include, not only sexually transmitted diseases, but cancer and women’s health issues. Join us in the World AIDS Day Ceremony in remembrance of those who have transition from AIDS. The event will highlight 40 years of HIV milestones both nationally and locally.

To Effect an end to AIDS as we currently know it by fostering an environment that produces no new HIV diagnosis.

Provide a Dependable resource for organizations searching for innovative means of reaching a Youth base.
Allow organizations to work to their strengths by accessing our expertise in reaching a youthful population.
Our outreach efforts are centered on providing awareness and education for African American, Latino and LGBTQ Youths.
We endeavor to eliminate Ingnorance and Stigmas by promoting events that bring needed awareness to these issues.
Our outreach efforts center on several factors, which include street level events, social media, Youtube channel and a cable and streaming based PSA campaign.
